Weekly Hypothesis: Pattern Check #1

The Weekly Hypothesis is a small, testable experiment you try in your everyday interactions, then reflect on what actually changed.

This Week's Hypothesis is:

If I reflect on the past month of actions, then I will notice patterns in how I show up and how others respond.

Look back at the past four weeks and ask yourself:

  • Where did I actually take action vs. just think about it?

  • Where did I consistently show up in similar ways?

  • What seemed to create the most noticeable shift in others?

  • What do I want to continue doing without needing a prompt?

Optional (but powerful): choose one behavior from the month to keep practicing intentionally next month.
