DEI efforts in youth-serving organizations often stall when one-size-fits-all solutions are applied to a variety of communities.
In this interactive webinar, leaders of youth-serving organizations will learn how to approach DEI as a process of discovery by using the principles of the scientific method as a proven framework to guide bold exploration, uncover gaps, and design innovative solutions. This session gives you permission to experiment thoughtfully, take calculated risks, and uncover what truly drives inclusion and belonging in your organizations. Give yourself (and your team!) permission to be bold and creative.
This approach also creates a shared language with the young people you serve.
