Week 03 — Move to Action Awareness without action is just information. Week three is where your team takes what they've learned and starts applying it — building the habits and practices that make belonging real.

Week 04 — Make It Stick The best practices are the ones that don't stop in April. Week four deepens what your team has built and creates the conditions for sustaining it long after the month ends.
